Chapter 2: The Ghostly Duplighosts and ???

About 1 year ago, when Mario defeated ???, when he got Goombella, Koops, Flurrie, and a little Yoshi back for party members. And now, ??? is doing his revenge!
Shadow was walking up when he saw a Duplighost, disguised as Mario. "Huh? Mario? What're doing here?" asked Shadow to the fake mario. "..." "Something seems suspicious about this guy!" said Shadow. "Chaos Spear!" "...darn...I'm...sorry...Sir...Do------..." said the Duplighost. "What? He said Do, and then...he ran away. Anyways, I think there are more of them." said Shadow as he moved on.

"Yes, it was. It disguised as you, and tried to trick me! I'm guessing that they're more around." said Shadow as they walked on to come to a dead end. "There's...a crack in the wall. Chaos Blast!" After a few seconds, after the smoke cleared away, there were two Shadows. "Mmm?" "No!" "Who are you?" asked Shadow to the other Shadow. "I'm Shadow....yeah. The question is, who are you?" asked the other Shadow to Shadow. "Sorry faker, I'm the Ultamite Life Form. Mario, you know me, don't you?" said Shadow. "Listen Moron...er, Mario, hammer which one who you think is the fake one." said the other Shadow. "Grr....fine! That's fine with me! Mario, don't hammer me!" said Shadow.

"Ouch! What was wrong with my disguise?" said the Duplighost. "Don't be a crybaby! You lost!" said Shadow. "Did you really think you could trick Mario?" "Shut up! I'll trick YOU...." said the Duplighost, and the battle begun!

Mario ran up and whacked the Duplighost with his Hammer dealing 30 damage, "Now there's two?" Mario asked as he landed a few feet away from Shadow.

"Yes, there's two." said Shadow as he used his gun and did 10 damage to the Advanced Duplighost. Duplighost then tackled Shadow and did 10 damage. Advanced Duplighost transformed into Mario and whacked Mario with his hammer and dealt 30 damage.

"Join the club." said Shadow as he used Chaos Spear on the Advanced Duplighost dealing 15 damage. The advanced Duplighost then sent Luma into battle and Luma used it's spin dealing 15 damage to Mario.

"I will not lose to....wait a moment! I remember you, red hat man! Yer Mario, aren't you? Well well well, You even brought a new friend over to get killed, did you? That's fine. In fact, this'll be more fun than just pummeling you Mario. Hey, F 45290Elite! Come and help me pummel this hedgehog and Mario!" "Um, K. I, uh, guess." said an Elite Duplighost.
