What does it do: It makes all of Mario's attacks do 5 extra damage, It makes all damage against Mario do 5 less damage, and every turn Mario heals 5 HP. Instead of Fire Balls Mario shoot Rainbow shots and it only costs 5 extra Skill Points.

How much Skill Points: 20 per turn.

History: Rainbow Mario was first seen in Super Mario Galaxy. It has been used several times in short bursts to beat enemies, run faster, be invinsible, and so on. It is basically the substitute for Star Power because Star Power basically gave you the same bonus effects. Mario can only use this form when he finds a Star. Not a normal star but a special Rainbow Star that Mario uses to turn into Rainbow Mario, and to fight enemies with ease compared to normally.
